Hello! If you are looking for a private consultation, then please message me. Private consultations are $300 for three consultations. Each consultation takes roughly an hour. The first will be a general overview and assembling a plan. The second will be a deeper dive and this is where we will develop individual protocols and plans for your needs and goals. The third consultation will be either a continuation of the previous chat, a check in, or a final plan or protocol that you can continue until you reach your goal.
